where is the action on smartbooks?

Apple is methodical. genius. creative. disciplined.

Apple always answers the who, what, why, where, when - just look at this pending iPad launch.

Qualcomm and their smartbook cronies seem to be totally clueless. No cohesion.  Just smartbook prototypes and whispers slug away. 

Q should stick with chips.</description>
